Upon receipt of your order, a knowledgeable sales associate will review your order, and calculate shipping charges. Our well-trained staff knows what information is needed to make a shipping decision that is in your best interest:

• Who provides the best service: a small package delivery service, an LTL (Less-Than Truckload) carrier, or a TL carrier?
• What is the packaging?
• How many packages are being shipped?

Only an experienced associate can interpret the data to determine the quickest, most cost effective method for delivering your purchase. Once the amount has been calculated, you’ll receive an email itemizing the cost of your items, by product, the individually calculated shipping fee, sales tax (if applicable) and the total amount of your order. Your order will only ship with your approval, and your credit card will be charged after your order has shipped.
